I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Teammates are caring and mostly they are provided platform for young engineer. when the person work with Asian they gave the tasks with very short time, job security policy is not friendly because no agreement just one month notice and leave, career growth just fine and company gave right to show ability and increase your designation, salary are good engineer are happy , give travel annoyance for engineer after 40 days. leaning experience are satisfactory
