Company should work on the marketing side. Most of the people are not aware of the capability, culture, quality of this organization.

...arious softwares such as revit, archicad, recap, etc. Very motivating directors. Extra pay for working on weekends as well.

The negative part is - 9.5hr working but the working is limited to 5 days a week only.

First of all my co-workers in the office. They are all supportive. I had ups and downs during my duration but I got a lot of support and time to prove myself. I know other companies give 3-4 months to perform but this company is giving much more support and time. At times, some time adjustment and work-from-home were also provided and were supportive. My manager was not sitting in the same office but he was supportive while closing deals with Canadian clients.

Dislikes

Recently a fresher joined the company and that person was very unprofessional and fighting with everyone. Where do these people come from? That person was fresher and criticizing the manager but the fact is that fresher was good for nothing. that fresher has worked for very few days but made everyone's life difficult. I heard that person ran away because that person did not even know Excel and did not know how to operate computers. I must say such people should be qualified for the job and not lie in the interview just to get the job. I heard that person is not coming to the office now and Fired ( well deserved) and everyone is happy now. Yes, some people are missing the comedy that person was creating.

Be Aware : Don't join this company specially experience people should not join this company. All Positive reviews are fake here. Full of politics and favourism, Unprofessional behaviour of top management including HR. When they hire all be good but later you will get stuck. Unfair POLICY for employees. its sucks !!!

Its been amazing support from the company. As the lockdown stage has not ceased completely the company is cautious and supportive . There has been many cases where work from home have become a bite harder to chew but at my workplace its not so rigorous or pressing. Its well structured from both the ends which benefits the organisation as well as our work life balance.

There is nothing that i dislike over here. Its amazing atmosphere and the work culture is awesome.
