There was plenty of work to learn. Fortunately My team was very nice and my reporting manager was a very amazing leader & mentor.

ASC has a very toxic culture at work. The top management don't trust employees and micro manage them especially in indirect taxation department. There is no work life balance, even if you are sick you have to proof with evidence that you are not able to come to office. In fact, if you are hospitalised due to critical health condition/ surgery they will not allow you any work from home or sick leave, infact they will deduct your salary. They put so much work pressure on you that you have to work after office hours on a daily basis to complete. They don't like to give increments to employees. They just exploits their employees and don't have any concern about employee's problems.

Nothing have to like in this company, HR policy totally useless, they make policy according to person.

No words, totally useless HR policy, not my singal review, you can check the other comments who was worked on here, if you join here you are suffering from timely salary, suffering from HR policy, I Regine the company because many people harassing, my F&F is still pending,

The company has a terrible workplace, all the VP’s/ Department heads are arrogant and ill mannered. I worked 24*7 for the company, gave all my attention and worked sincerely but even after this they didn’t process my full & final for the last working month salary along with conveyance and bonus. Around 1lakh rupees have not been given to me by ASC. Upon asking, they started ignoring my mails, HR and founder doesn’t pick my calls. Don’t go to this company unless and until you want to live through hell

Salary not processed, bonus commitment not fulfilled, terrible work pressure, no appreciation and arrogance of seniors

Nothing what I liked about it. No support from higher management. Own rules anything modified. They say something and do something. Terrible experience.

There is nothing which I would like to remember about Asc. Poor management, poor employee motivation, a pure laala company in crux.
