...er continues working in company 14yrs complete but not upgraded to my dagnation only assigned egg 3 my payment and package not satisfied to my all over experience

Very risky doing on work place all about mfg department not co operate leader and management only focus all about very rools and regulations day to day change work place area

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and mangament is transparent.There is Good training given to new joined employees .company policies are Good .They give salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow

British era rules and not up to date culture.. I want add here are rules are not same for any body. Can change person to person position to position. Plz know this that this company wholly own subsidiary of japanese company. This is not a japanese company but typically british Indian like company where all above top management will dominate you always.. egoistic people are there with out any control over them.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In ASB We get job security even get partially handicapped or Suitable department change for Handicapped employees. ASB has donated 10 Cr to State Government fund & 7 Cr to PM fund for covid situation. Working culture is very nice & get new technology to learn. Proper care taking of employee. we get Canteen, transport facility bonus etc. Japanese culture to handle customer satisfaction. Quality & customer satisfaction is most important than the cost this lesson we learned in ASB parallels we learned How to behave with other & customers.

...lmost difficult. Where as in Other MNC all medical Bill's are paying by company. In package Basic salary % are less in compare to other MNC companies. Working Days to be provide 5 days in week.
