I liked Asap because we can work with our career also. As a trainer, my working environment was very good. I worked with freedom as well as secured. There was good chemistry with the students.

Dislikes

Salary was not delivered at correct time and there was lot of effort to get back the money.

Likes

The project started for the develepnents of students in plus two level Govt school, in several skill sectors. It is very imteresting and give avarness to students about various skills. Asap is give a big career oppurtunities to both students and employees. As an employee the organizational environment is very helpful to develop my career.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor, the work pressure is high. And differentiation of employe levels and compensation system is not good.

Likes

Working with a firm where there are more than 02 partners is always a challenge, here they are 7-9 partners which means you don't have principal of unity of directions and orders. There aren't much Full-time staff employed here on roll usually they keep CA Articles and Trainees only. So you have multiple profiles to serve at a time, which means you could learn skills in diverse areas if you have skills and willingness. Compensation/salary HR review is not there of any sort.

Lack of processes and SOP with respect to HR and Routine workings.

I have been working in ASAp Kerala for the past five years and am really satisfied with the job. The ASAP teams provides trainings for the trainers in every 6 to 8 months ,which provides the trainers with news ideas and creative ways to handle and teach the english language.Its a contract based job and so there is no job security,and that's the reason many of us go in search for other jobs,despite it ASAP is a good platform for those who likes teaching.work environment is satisfactory and we all have a comfortable zone, a work- life balance is maintained. Overall it's a great platform for us.

Asap is a Govt of Kerala undertaking. it mainly focus on to provide skills to the lower level of peoples. work in asap as a programme executive, i really enjoyed this job and working environment. i have proven experience in administering the end to end implementation of different projects mainly in the area of skill training and development.
