I joined here as a fresher and I learnt a lot in Asahi. Also I like the manager very much who will not shout at us if we do any mistake, by guide us in right way and he will bring up the talents from us and also encourage in all aspects. If you have talent, your job is secured enough to work. People are less but all will be in friendly manner. If you are doing good, you'll even get a 80% of hike in each year. Good place and management to work with.

They gave opportunity to fresher to start their carrier in asahi. They gave job security to fresher by bonding. Company is easy to locate

...ficially working hours is 8.but unofficially it more. Their is no job security Variable pay😏

Likes

Many new projects keeps coming in and you'll be entrusted with greater responsibility and will be involved in all processes for a product development. Lot of opportunity to learn and grow yourself. Occasional team outings and parties Friendly management (as long as you don't get on their nerves and do a good job)

Dislikes

Hr polices could have been more modern (Flexible timings, leave policies could be better both holidays and actual leave policy, bond policy could be dropped) Micromanagement could be avoided if time tracking software is not used - which just wastes employees energy IMHO.

Likes

1. Located inside the city. No worries for transport. 2. I hope they started learning basic management statics and process step by step.

Dislikes

1. Within a year so many intakes and exit...spoiling employees future like anything. 2. Dishonest and "tyhmyys" management . 3. Nothing like (not recommend) ...Don't consider as a company...
