Only a particular group of employees are running the organisation. 60-70% are on hire n fire policy. They misinform regarding their workdays during hiring, happened with all my colleagues

If there will be option for 0 star i could gave them rating in Negative.Arzooo They will provide you give sallary during sales time they will hire all the employees with attractive package but once sales session gets over they will remove you without any prior Notice

They only focus on sales even they wont provide you incentive on time also they tells there own employees to rate them in google and in play store @5 but actual rating should be in Negative. No prior Notice to employees before removing if you are performing good also and they will give lots of pressure for sales and there is no future or growth at arzooo

...ay to day job. People dont have any motivation or willing to do anything extra. Only working for salary. Investors should check the company health before investing. Dont understand who got benfited of the previous investments. Anyday this organization will wind up and escape. Organization dont have operational money to run the business. All investments are gone without zero improvement.

Job security, use and through policy. Only maximum 5 or 6 month job security or may be less than this l If you are applying for manager or team lead position. So first check with colleagues before joining.

There is not good management system very wrost system management. Salary credit time is also not fixed here. On the job training is not given to new joining & didn't give some time to think & learn about company policy/system
