New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The management is not good. They don't treat their employees well. Neither is the salary, working conditions. They just recruit teachers not for teaching but for admissions.

We will try to give our best but the company do not return it to us any worth remembering. Even we are stop our growth there.

I just hate the company like hell, Our boss mr.cp sharma hasnt given our 3 months salary and after some time we came to know that once he was supplying girls. i am really pissed off with this no body helped us for giving back our 3 months salary, not even the IAS/ IPS officers of gujarat. Shame on you the people of gujarat.
