There is nothing about to like in this organization. Its an small company and no value for the time of people to whom they call for an interview.

Need to start from interview. HR called me for an interview and it was long waiting hours before I finally met my interviewer. My interviewer was old guy who was about in his 60s. After asking few basis questions he started conversations in local language and was only bragging about his company. It was more of a question of why we should hire you? Boss, if you don't want to hire people why u even call them for an interview? Then they asked me about my previous experience and I told them I work in a company run by a lady. The comments by Lady HR shocked me to my core. She said it must be a company that makes lipstick or makeup materials. Does ladies only own companies of makeup or lipstick? Then they had my second interview same as first round. Good wasted my 5 hours and rejected me. Advice to joiners: Be very mindful before joining this company. This is a small organization and hopeless mindset people.

Company don't have any ethics just work as slave the company will only give you low salary and no happiness no one here loves company at all , everyone is doing the job because of some need. Management is rude don't waste more than 6 months or 8 month's here or else just be slave.

Dislikes

One thing the owner should know unless you treat your employees good you will not get any extra profit that's the key rule employees are real assets if you invest in your assets well you will get big returns.

I joined Aryan that time I am fresher but till date I have learn operations activity, human management, making relations with vendors, etc. And every time my team and my superior always support to me. So overall working behaviour is very nice.
