Pathetic Salary, unnecessary layers in every post. Very low salary, no recognition. Totally pathetic company to work in.

Everything. They pay so less that your family will starve. Pathetic company. And they aim to be in top 100 companies in India. Hahahaha what a joke!

1.The timing were good also salary was satisfactory and my colleague were corporative 2.In the critical time like corona management never stopped out payment we were doing work from home and were recieving our salary on time so I would to thank our management 3.The workshop which school used to organize for the teacher were very good it's helped teachers to upgrade there skills and give confidance

1.The supervisor and principal behaviour was not that good towards me and still my gratuity is on hold also they said that i won't receive my gratuity 2.I even want to bring this into the notice that I worked in the school for 10 years still I have not received my experience letter.

Only that the head office sends salary on time

If ur working in head office location school or new school constructed recently then fine you will be safe. If you are in any outstation school then be sure to be exploited.. Management has no concern for your problems.. School heads ask you to give 10percent of salary in cash return.. If neet Invigilation amount is 2200 then they will ask you to give back 1000. Management knows everything but has no good candidates to run their schools.They just want all students to dance and sing on Jesus songs.. Nothing else matters. They have the least fee in the town wherever they are located and they take only the most needy students admission so that they can be converted. Cbse Invigilation duty is give to many from school and outside but when they enter the cbse website they enter their own people names. So that money goes to their accounts and later school heads ask then to give that money iin cash. School management has made all feasibility to make this happen because no amount of complaining makes things better in outstation schools. School heads dont process resignation and blackmail that if resign then salary will not be given and they done give. It is true story that's why no one wants to work there for long time. There is no learning for teachers.. Cbse workshops also are not done.. There is no work life balance.. Sudden the will make u wait till 8 pm.. Only those people who don't jobs anywhere and who are pursuing b Ed come there to work.. and leave without experience letter and last month salary. Management enjoys this agony fo staff.. I wouldn't recomend anyone to work there.

BAD WORK ETHICS, CULTURE OF WORK IS HORRIBLE, LOW ATTRITION RATE, LESS RESPECT DIGNITY AND COMPASSION TOWARDS TEACHERS, ANYTHING IF THE CHILD DOES TEACHER IS RESPONSIBLE, TEACHER HAS TO DO BAG SCREENING ETC TO WRITING OF CALENDARS N ADDED NON CONSTRUCTIVE WORK
