I learned a lot from it. In all terms. Life perspective, practical, work related, human nature everything. A good, hardworking and loyal staff is never been valued. Always taken for granted.

Politics. Teachers pet kinda staff Sugar coating, buttering on face and devil and poisonous at back

Internal politics culture should not allowed. Hierarchy to be maintained in all department. There should be regular interactive meeting meeting among all the HOD. vintage people polictics should not encouraged and allowed by owner. Hiring should be good so that right candidate can be hired for ling term. HIRING just for 2 to 6 months not beneficial fr both side. Rest Good culture and positive work attitude.

There are nothing an employee can enjoy at Aryan hospital.

Dislikes

There is no HR, no defined policy throughout the organization. Employee gets no benefits. Even the management has no willingness to define a policy/ procedure to run the organization. The present staffs have no desired qualification. All people are arrogant. All the staffs are playing game against each other. If you make a plan and will submit to management, your plan will be rejected at fraction of second without understanding what you have written. Never recommend anyone to join this organization. I was at there for 1 month only. It was my terrible mistake.
