Dislikes

Management folks who are in this company for more than a decade are struck in old process/methodologies. It is very hard for lateral joiners to get used to management as it feels to be going back a decade. Commitments don't work and promotions are given to selected members only.

Lot of things to explore in the field of networking that help to gain knowledge and also gain experience by handson,all employees are doing their jobs not to much involvement in other personal life also they are highly supportive in work. They don’t force anyone to be part of any parties any outing they always ask for your choice.

Till now I don’t feel any thing is bed in aryaka

Freedom to work freely no micromanagement. Good product. Recently too many changes in management and product.. no clear view..

Lost in vision, they are trying to identify themselves but looks like they are lost.

I like how they setup a bullying work culture and then justify it saying SWE have great power and with power comes responsibility (of sitting infront of your system on a Sat for the weekly deployment at 2PM in the afternoon). I like how we are preached by the manager to stay at home on weekends (to work on post deployment issues) in the guise of promoting healthy weekend life. I like how we celebrate heroics of people who have had to fix issues while waiting for their flight at airport. There were rumours that one guy used to even carry his laptop to malls and movie theatres for obvious work calls. I too once found myself in the puddle 10 mins straight into the movie in a theatre with my friends and had to walk out. I like how I used to prepare my code like a presentation at every code review session that lasted for 2+ hrs on an average with 4-5 peers all waiting to pounce on my decision to name a variable as per my understanding without consulting them. All in all I liked how I lost around N years of my life constantly being bullied, abused, humiliated every other day.

Dislikes

Nothing. I loved it so much that I used to rehearse every morning on the chat that I would one day have with my manager the day I leave.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Walking with market needs.My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Need focus and support from higher authorities which remain bit less all time
