The salary and the PF. The staff is good and cordial.

The constant pressure to do tons of things all on an urgent basis and the administrative work the teachers are made to do. The school is gender biased and only hires female staff.

I m working in this school because school give me knowledge way of teaching n activities. Work pressure is there bt we do our work with efficiency n enjoyment.

Work pressure is too much n salary is no so good

There was nothing I didn't like doing, everything was a learning experience

Dislikes

The work was taxing and you would always be swamped with work. You are given multiple classes to teach with 35 students per class adding to the existing work. Plus there are numerous additional activities that you’re expected to organize and oversee. There will never be a day you will go home without any work at hand.

Value Education. Transparent working, personal attention to all students, many co-curricular activities for overall development of students

Teachers can be respected and their concerns should be addressed
