Dislikes

The basic pay of the doctors and even the chief doctors are very less. And even after working for years there has been no appraisals and incentives. Salary /appraisals policy has to be restructured completely according to the city. This has to be considered at least for the professionals. There has been no response even after requesting for the pay raise from many doctors around the cities. To be frank the pay is not even close to industry standards.

Other than business, company gives more emphasis on the development of Ayurveda and upliftment of Ayurvedic Doctors. When compared to other companies, AVP gives more importance to the Doctor's than the brand. I'm a proud employee of The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
