Shockingly, they offered unreasonably high salary even sometimes three times high then the last salary to unqualified and experience individuals. Then these new hires harasses the old existing employees and forced them to resign. When an employee resign, they falsely assured to a smooth, full and final process. However, after the resignation, they stopped to pick up the calls of employees. Indirect the employees to speak with different different peoples in their company and each shifting responsibility to someone else. Eventually, the process becomes so exhausted then an honest employee becomes helpless and give up. Meanwhile sycophants and incompetent individuals exploit the company for personal gain, engaging in the unethical practices because now no one left to stop them for doing wrong in the company. This company priorities favouritism and politics over fairness , transparency and professionalism.
