Toxic environment and when you leave the company you have to face a lot of problems. My suggestion is that if any new employee is coming to this company then join thoughtfully. The company should change senior management at the regional level

...ll required needs an employee whenever is required. 5 working day's in a week. On time salary credit every month. Paid leaves 26, festival holidays max 15d in a year.

Strict timings 9:30 to 7 pm. Scope of learning is less. Always monitoring by your senior employee. Coordinator between employees less. Job security for sales dept is poor. No career growth. Work life balance is poor. No soft skills training

... Arvind limited & JM Baxi group so they have a good recognition in the industry. Salary always gets credited on 1day of the month.

The thinking of management is little bit outdated and being the top leaders in the industry the management lacks decision making skill. They just like to follow the trends instead of making the trend.

Worst sales profile job. They still depend on cold calls. No training provided from the company. Only fix convenience is there and that is to very less. Morning and evening office attendance is mandatory. No work life balance is there. Lots of work pressure and negativity is there. No support from reporting manager.

There is no work culture at all. They are still working on old method. They don't accept new methods. Not good for future growth. Nothing innovative here nothing to learn here. Top management likes to here stories not the truth.
