Lot of politics in the company.so many old people working with old ideas..they don't encourage young people..bad HR policies,bad leave policies,even though commercial guy so threatens us they will mark absent .. head office really poor in taking employee cals,they respond only their liked ones..even though Indian politics are better than this company politics

Working in Noida Branch in Sales is highly not recommend due the Branch Manager. Every day you have to come office twice a day for reporting. Attitude Of BM is worst . He has no experience of handling the Branch not even knowledge of current territory he has been shifted from the Bangalore he don't know even the proper Hindi to talk to the customer not even knowing the any geographical area Delhi NCR I don't know why the management has send this kind of people from South India to North India. He always take credit others work and present it to the senior(HO) there is no direct communication to the senior authority here. Incentive structure is very Bad .

Company does not have training, reward and recognition programs. There is not any criteria for promotion even if you perform well or serve very long to the company. Management don't listen you at any point of time.

Dislikes

No carrier growth with this company. If you want to park your self at the same place and designation than it's a right company to work with.

There is no managment.only one man army COO takes every decsion one sided.there is no employee satisfication.if your reporting head given the feedback to managment. if it is related employee performance and attitude feedback.so Coo never discussed with the employee for any discussion.there is no retention for the employee if person leaving the organization.

there is no job security and dissatisfied with management.
