Poor work environment and culture. Management treatment toward employees is like a bounded labor. Company policies are terrible. Appraisal are unfair and not have mentality to retain the experience people. No Skill development and job satisfaction.

You would have better learning’s experience here to grow further. Work timing is flexible which is good for doing other interested things.
