If there is only one for dislike, then let me tell you that there are many more like only relatives of the top management are appointed and if by mistake any other employee gets selected then he has to be removed. And moreover you do not have the right to take any decision even if you are the section in charge.

Every thing is really pathetic, they are like skilled labor suppliers to other companies for which they charge 5% of the Job Value. There's no Hr Department, documentation is shabby and it seems like working for a labor supplier with no work ethics. Terrible quality standards and no professional experience. All in all, worst company to work with. It's not even a company but rather an LLP. this should explain all in itself. Total fraud.
