Overall i had a new expirience in learning about the new products and how to handle customer services in right manner from the day i enrolled myself with Arvind specially in making a good relationship with potential customers.

Dislikes

when it comes to salary and incentive structure i am not that happy, and growth is not at all to be expected. One thing that bother me most is the working inviroment,when manager does a play a partiality politics internally without even a prior notice i get upset.

... there is no guarantee of the job Recently they have sold 5 coco to franchisee and they have terminated indirectly to the staff because they don't want to pay the two months salary and the Hr persons forcefully take resignation from staff and manager if they refused they threatened to terminate or they put cheating case. All my suggestion don't select your career in Arvind of any division.

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

It is very rare that every person gets salary according to his capability. Salary should be given as per the capability of the person and the most important thing is that skill matters.

Company has not given appraisals due for previous years.. Human resources not valued in the company Variable pay outs not released despite achivement of targets... Worst compensation policy....

Company hamari Arvind company mein har chij ki system Sahi Hoti hai Lekin stop ka problem hai stop ek dusre se miljul kar nahin rahte
