Promotions are slow, and salary growth is even slower. No equality in Salary Structure. Someone with lower Post mightbe getting paid higher than seniors. I personally don't like WhatsApp Group thing, and it definitely affects work-life balance.

I was worked 7year in this company but some reason my post still officer , salary not increase last 4years.. I am not satisfied so I was leaving ..

...now about actually working dyeing and how to make good and low cost production..all types work are changing like some dyes & chamical SOP fill high salary employee as not know work and woh one teach work ..is they not working so some likely work given and his getting high salary..and old employee know working line but them salary is lower and responsibilities all as new employee work also do ..

Teamwork is very helpful & encourage to each other. Very hard work training , work environment is harmful free of depration, longer worklife.

...er job security's because this part of our duties . career growth is very high .salary or appraisal it depend to our work, travel not given .worklife is depending on our stability &strength .

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

It is very rare that every person gets salary according to his capability. Salary should be given as per the capability of the person and the most important thing is that skill matters.

Are Arvind company complete achcha hai achcha time se salary deti hai aur safety perfect kar diye koi prakar ki vahan per suvidha Aisa nahin hai ki Jo nahin Ho
