Okay so Arvind Fashion might be a good organization when it comes to managerial level or should I say headquarters level, but when it comes to CROs working at a salary of 30 to 40k for 2 to 4 years without any growth it is a mess. Work life balance becomes terrible Your health starts deteriorating They say that they have a very chill work culture but in reality that is lack of proper management and casual behavior in human Resource management part. Without any propper system things are running. Employees are waking up with a demotivated soul, even if you're doing top numbers in Sales you'll be scolded every day you'll be surrounded by nonsense seniors who'll make you run for the whole day like a donkey Shif time doesn't matter when you have to stand for 10 hours every day even on Sundays No time for self development If you are going for CRO job in Retail line then you should drop your plan of doing so Because as a young chap you have a lot of opportunities and capabilities. Look for something big

Good work environment and culture,teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and having cultural activities .I learned lot of things from higher admins..

There is a lot of partialities.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Hii sir i am totally socked about arvind, They force to me to resign to me from arvind when central closed, But when cento open they don't call to me to join at central, that's very samefull. When I worked for in company for 6 years. I am sorry.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low but career growth is good. On the job training is not given to new joinees
