In COVID pandemic company declear that all employee salary will deduct upto 60 percent including assistant executive laval person salary deducted more than 40 percent and also confirm to employees for their sepretion and on FNF time deducted 20 days salary as leave without any information, here nothing say to possitive about Arvind Group of companies.

I had joined as a GET there i found one thing not good is that after joining i didn't get any training Nobody is teaching you about work, But they want it be done. Nobody takes care of the trainees whether they are learning or not ! This not good for the trainees because this is the starting of their corporate journey. Also i was not happy with the department i have been given. As a my career point of view ,my field was completely changed. I had discussed this matter with my manager , HR. But none of them have resolved the issue, so i quit the job.
