the team mates was good, training was awesome, salary was not expected, learnt so many things like excel, PPT, roaster and week offs, WFM work, improved the english skills, call handling and chat, email handling also etc..

appraisal, salary increment, unable to get opportunity etc..

...eader (reena jain) & the rest of people are good. They are helpful & supportive.salary was less that's not much. For the fresher it was good & they can make their career.

Not fixed off. Even on sunday we working . No festival holidays

I worked in British airways process , it was very good as a point of learning and working such a big airline but Arvato as a company is poor ...cheap ...

Team mates and training part was good but salary and appraisals were mill.

Teammates we're good and all team leaders are suportive...there were more chances for growth in organisation environment was good, even they has a big cafeteria, which I liked most.

Dislikes

Salary is not good in this organisation. Even jobs were not secure , if process is ramdown with any reason, they are not provide the opportunities for internal movement. At that time He told us to find job outside.

Likes

Friendly and disciplined environment. Quality work was priority and responsible management without any politics.

Dislikes

Overall experience was very good. The only issue was salary related. The other issue was Ebay Australia process discontinued due to some Clint and company internal agreement and we were not prepared for that.
