Works on someone else's license. Has fake masters degree. Extracts work thru unpaid interns which results in faulty delivery of projects. Unhappy clients.

Arun kumar designer and consultant is a good firm and they have a lots of projects in pending but the problem is with the office colleague and work load. People who are working before my joining they only trust on them and the attitude towards me is like i am a threat to them which is not completely true the main reason of their insecurity is a conversation which they don't do usually and create a different angle of that conversation mostly in negitave way which is completely unprofessional. their is a point in their contract they can remove you any time from you position if your work is not complete even if the office hrs is from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm but it can stretch up to 8.00 pm. Working this late then also thay have no value for the employee.
