very poor salaries,no yearly increments,soft work employees is get good salaries,(like managers 40000,50000),but hard work employees is get very poor salaries,like data entry employees, cashiers, mechanic helpers(is10000 to 12000,very bad management

No work pressure int the office. Very friendly nature at head office .

Worst experience at arunachala logistics balanagar branch. I worked there for 4 months, especially the incharge’s they think they are the real owners of the company. Full politics at the office.

Arunachal logistics Pvt Ltd..... Is one the best company. It's a good work experience. Rules and regulations was very strictly maintained its a good thing of a company. Any department colleges such a great postive response like maintenance,Tyres, Operations etc.... Salarys was time to time implementation is a amezing process of company rules. Finally I'm a great journey of the company first job opportunity is given by me i proud of..... Thank you everyone........Arunachala

One the big mistake of cantin food was not quality.plz change it sir .... Deeply involved cantin issue sir y are these type of rules is implemented ask me cantin maintained persons contact those persons. DGM sir is not at correct in this company sir it's my openion.

Very good management and good organization, by road transport one of the best company in south india and management have always looking in advance technology in truck operation. Employees are maintained good relationship with colleagues. I got good experience in logistics.

No special benefits for employees, like Medicare and insurence.

This is one of the big company in advanced fleet management, always looking to get adavance technology, like Command Control Center, there have strong management, and is very transparent. Company work policies are are good.
