...s fo faculties. they will not provide even a4 paper for the administration work. salary is also terrible. most of the employees resign after 1 or 2 years. this is a good place for freshers to get experience. If you are coming here with a dream of doing research along with teaching, the please not choose this place.

Terrible University specially for pharmacy background , no lab facilities , they use to cut salary, overpressure , if you join here you will be in depression , bad for teacher , they will not give you release if you do registration and if u want release immediately they you need to pay 75k ,accomodation is bad no water supply , you will cry for water , poor management system

...ing for the same. Even experience certificate they wont give. If u need that ...thn return the last 3 months of your hardearned salary. Please dont come . i am still suffering coz no one else will raise their voice.

...ix years of service and still 10k only...no change. I was told after joining ...within 3 months salary will increase..but 6 year...and here i am as assistant prof.

This place offers good colleagues, and students. New teachers can gain teaching experience. It involves teachers into various academic activities which prove beneficial later. It has better library and infrastructure.

Dislikes

Salary is lesser than standard minimum salary according to UGC. Management is neither protective nor supportive to staffs. High handed attitude. University is run through remote control mechanism from Noida. Work life balance is virtually zero. Job security is not there, and job satisfaction is rare here. Teachers work only under compulsion, not by liking.

Great thing about AUS is their Management, Higher management is great and understands the need and supports employees with every way possible.

Dislikes

Involves in many activities at a time, and sometimes when you need support you won't find from your seniors.
