a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...mpany is only best for freshers for only one year and only for training purpose. Not give best salary and salary increment, not give fooding and stay, not give safety, not give allowances, not give health insurance and not give any type of accommodations. This is not company I will say about only this is a only Training center for freshers civil engineers, lab technicians and Geologists. This company recruits as a field Geologist or Geologist but never go to field work but only sometimes one time per 2year go to field for only 5 to 7days and all remained field work from laboratory office without paying field work. So I will never suggest that any experienced employees join to this company if you join then you ruined and many breaks to ur career. Thank you. This company is only best for training and freshers employees. This company only uses to employees and through to employees. I will give rating only one star.
