One of most important thing is salary company provide the salary under dead line of 7th of each month. if any person want to learn about each and every thing in existing departments of any organisation like quality, safety, production etc. For those it's very good organisation which gives opportunity to learn about each & everything.

In this company which I found that here management does too much discrimination. And also management promote those people who does politics. No one try for innovation because lake of management support.
