Coordinate with employee and took decision for internal changes if any...At the time of interview give proper clarification about the work and salary benefits and perks... Due to single year of experience I don't know about Appraisal if any less star rating given kindly ignore 🤟

...is no work pressure. They have treat like human being. Easily to reach director. On time salary .

HR department is most Not response. We can not take extra leave on festival time. No flex time.

This company good learning experience for oil and gas industry, good training no political problems travel allowance is not here and salary no problem

Compensation is decent, work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 14 to 16 hrs continue
