Suits only for Freshers for a Limited Time, After a Year or how much ever year you work for them, you will be treated in a same way, it is better to skip for career development.

Dislikes

You will be responsible for the problem which is never related to you, You can never ever expect a Team Work, You will never work as per planning [Until there is a planning done]. You can never work for the Company's Growth, You will never have a Single Manager to Question you or to Report. You have to work for all the Managers.

Her make to the pressure vessel tank & different types of equipment make her. So, i like it.

Dislikes

Her work culture & behaviour need to more more improvement requirement. Because of some time fabrication quality issues.
