My Manager Miss Aarti Katiyar was really helpful in my career growth there but after her leaving the company, it becomes terrible to stay there on Office Premises. Working hours are flexible. 2nd Saturday Off (Only once a month). Only fresher who does not have any rules and regulations and just want to start a journey can survive there.

...o you. So much unnecessary work pressure. Your junior can get easily promoted. Basic pay is not half of your CTC. Only one leave you can take while credit 2 leaves. Leave encashment on basic pay and your basic pay will mashallah!!!! quite terrible. By the way, I was quite satisfied with my work but unnecessary tasks, lack of team members, and if one given resigned, they were not prepared to hire a new person.

Bahot bekar company hai na life ki policy aur jo sallery batati hai wo bhi nahi deti...aur agar staff apne upar wale adhikari ki complain adhikari se karta hai to hamesha adhikari ka support hota hai staff to kewal inke use ke liye hota hai tu nahi to tera dusra bhai aaega aisi sadi company hai
