... of staff. Their motto is to recruit cheap and make money by making them toil. Facilities- we get a salary. Lateral hiring is minuscule and morale is not always high.

Good part is its a construction site, only 20-25 employees. We can involve and learn about all departments operations.

Dislikes

There is no proper work culture. And no proper coordination and communication between civil, mechanical and stores departments. Only few are rich in knowledge remaining are just doing drama infront of superiors especially in mechanical department. I hope this type of work culture is not at all good for the company growth and management and also for employees. May be it will be not seen before production starts. Anyway all the best to Ana oleo private limited

Formarly known as Mahindra Consulting Engineers based in Chennai and now known as Artelia India. Learning opportunities are good and exposure is wide (however limited also with respect to what the management thinks of you) International opportunities are there

They love interfering in ur personal life and hve dedicated employees who are on payroll only for that. The company politcs is worst and anything you do is only possible if u r bending down to the wishes of a person. They will definetly disturb you when you are on a holiday and have no backup plan for work in your absence. Please dont join the company as sometimes it gets really uncomfortable around 1. the guys who are desperate to be more than married 2. the senior management tends to pass orthodox comments on how you are supposed to act according to your gender roles (applicable to all) No concerns are there if you are on site work. You return home and dont return back to site on time, irrespective of whether you are in Stage 4 of cancer also (only a description of the pressure but not an actual situation that happened), they will ask you to return to site. You will be highly appreciated if you work on your birthday because celebrating is not important, working harder on your birthday is. Holidays are a joke here and if u want one, u hv to struggle. Your naturally occuring holidays (Sundays) will also be dedicated to the company If you do happen to join after all of this, please keep your personal life private disclosing nothing about your hardships. Trust no one. Your collegues will act as your friends but will be ready to stab you in the back for some exchange of increment / support from top management Appraisal will happen depending on the individual or will happen every 3 years once
