Actually there is no job security but they have many projects they will transfer you somewhere but I don't tell there is a security in your job and work culture is good and all the singers are very supportive but management is not that good all Odia people know that.

I dislike the salary the timing of the salary if you join this company then your first salary will get after two and a half month it is the worst thing I have ever faced any company

It's a very good platform for every young generations people because so much current projects are working now from this company so any body else who have been staying in odisha he comfortable to do a job in this infrastructure company.

The violence from all the employed are very bad habit of this reputated company

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
