The work life balance is good but very less salary.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The salary is credited very late, there is no perticular date for crediting salary. The Managing Directors are not fit for the position, that lie a lot and cheat employees.

I don't like how many employees working in Assalam company in Kolkata team are busy doing the back of all the arrows, no one is properly focused on the work. Follows who is doing what and PNPC keeps doing it

I was kicked out from office without fault by everyone I was working in office so many people were not able to tolerate it because of that I was kicked out from office by snickering on my name and mailed to madams so I don't support it Arsal Company.
