its not a company. only a workshop. if you are an engineer, please didn't go. no career growth, salary not paid on time, its MD interfares in every job, and his behaviour for his employer are terrible

This is not a company at all, it's a place where all labours work blindly and follow the orders of the owner all in the salary range between 10k to 19k maximum. If u have any expectations above 20k then suggest you don't go there.

Dislikes

Work culture is very pathetic, in fact worst.
