1 year back- Good people in the junior level (technical). Ready to learn things. I was in the mid level technical management and had a good cooperation from my team mates reporting to me. Good people in the Top most management in TVM and a good MD (sometimes he too was helpless) Good HR in Pune, who attempts to do activities that will take the company to the next level but is helpless as he gets no support from the management. Located in Magarpatta City (Pune) which is a good location for work as well as living. Above all... a good domain to work - VTS ( Vehicular Tracking System).

Dislikes

1 year back - The Product manager of VTS . If you want to know about Product Mismanagement...... He is an encyclopedia imported from Tvm (nothing personal here). To add to the misery, they imported one more program manager (a judicious mix of all the negative traits - lower self esteem , inferiority complex, insecurity, prejudice) to head the Pune team which was headless. Higher attrition rate due to this in all the levels at that time. The center head changes every six months there. Very high Politics at the mid level management at that time. No training on their proprietary products and they expect the resource to be productive from day 1. Incompetent Product Manager who has no clue of the Engineering Applications. Lower motivation of junior members. Higher management in TVM - you are good people - do something about it before things go out of hand.
