Since it is a startup, I was pushed to do more because of which I learnt things quickly.

Here are few things that makes Arrcus terrible. 1. Work life balance is very poor 2. Job security - You could be laid of any day 3. No benefits at all 4. Working for 10 - 12 hours a day on average. 5. Working on weekends 6. Very bad management and poor leadership
