Owner is professional. Been here for considerable years. Pure politics, only few people who dogs boss can survive here. Huge difference between employee pay structures even after staying in same department. Admin cum accountant is highly arrogant with customers and employees. Admin cum accountant works for incentives whereas sales people work for admin, else they cant survive here. Highly central monitored and micro managed system(since its proprietary company )
