Making this question mandatory forces people to respond negatively. If asked, 90% of people will say that more work is negative. However no business can function without delivering work. some times we have to spend extra time working, while other times we have no work and just chat. its a personal choice wether some one wants to pass time in the company or choose an organization pushes them and tests their limits, which can help lead to a successful career.

It's a great firm to be a part of. The experience the founders and the partners bring is immense. Learning and the payment scale is also very good. Best part is the partners considers each and every individual as a family member, so you'll never feel out of place. And on the client delivery, it's a professional firm with utmost care of clients, so there is no compromise on the client service as well.

There's nothing to dislike about this firm. All is taken care of. Specially the CTC and the work culture is at par with the most highest paid professional firms in the industry. Just one suggestion - There should be more informal gathering so that people can bring out any issues they are facing in an informal manner as well.

Work Life Balance: its a concept buried under heaps of unrealistic expectations and relentless pressure. The absence of denied work hours blurs the line between personal life and work, leaving employees feeling like they are busy with work even during weekends and holidays. The Management resorts to scrutinising and nitpicking employees performance creating and atmosphere of fear and insecurity. They interfere in employees personal life so that they can use them as per their convenience. The management feels like if they don't create pressure then employee will not work and and they will not grow. They start office by 9:30 but there is no end tIme, they ask employee to work round the clock. If any CS trainee/interns joins there then don't provide NOC, because they know if someone will join then definitely that person will not be able to survive because of their toxic work environment and will ask for NOC which they don't provide. If someone have some positive attitude or ego then they won't hire that person because the management can't tolerate others attitude or ego. They do daily some experiments with work, to make maximum use their employees personal time. They Don't prefer married women, because they can't work as per their timelines or under pressure. If someone stays at PG/Hostel or your are bachelor then the management thought process is like WHAT WILL YOU DO BY GOING HOSTAL/PG/ROOM as BACHELOR? And by saying this they will assign you more work. If you work late night on some day in office then also they will ask you to come next day early morning.

Good organisation to begin one's career. Good exposure to variety of work and exceptional client service. But, it's all upon us to show that interest in learning and make full usage of the platform provided.

It would be good if the organisation focuses on L & D session outside of related work.
