New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

training was very good but it was hard as well, salary they offered 10k in the starting later after 2 months they offered 11k but it didn't raised after that as the Tips we get was quite okay. another point is that my colleagues come from various place from the northeast and we work quite happy.

training was hard as i mentioned up there, the salary was less as i need to take care of my grandparents back in my hometown, living in a city and need to send money to grandparents was quite hard as i need to manage with 10k in the month when i start working there. and the work timing was quite tiredfull as we use our strength to massage the clients. so working 10hours in a day was quite awful. and the sad part was they didn't provide free transport we need to spend from our salary.

He is theif in the company , owner not listen , from each and every store he earns that’s he opened his own business under the name of his wife . If anyone complaint against him he kickout from the company , I tried a lot but no one listens me . That’s why I left .

Pathetic company , pathetic management. Especially Mr Tarun , he is big thief in the company
