There is strict office timing, under the no work from home policy, no employee can work at home, the company does not pay for the expenses incurred on outdoor duty due to office work, the employee has to pay from his salary. There is no idea when he will get back this expenditure, there is no fixed time for the salary of the employees, nor for their increment. Every junior employee thinks of himself as the CEO of the company. The management of the company keeps trying to make the junior employee an alternate of his senior as per their convenience. Due to which there is no discipline in the company. Everyday the company chairman calls his employees and says that if the client will not give the money then from where will we give you the salary. When you tell them that due to lack of software and lack of good developers, there is a problem in working, then they do not have any answer on that. Due to the bad policies of the company, good developers do not want to join the company. Company management keeps the employees under stress all the time.
