Work-life Balance, No value of Support Team employee infront of Business Team. No Growth for Support Team employees except some employees. Variable part which is on Paper not reimburse in reality.

...ng my tenure of 2year and six months at Purnea is that it provides job security. During the pandemic the company does not cut salary of their employees.

The working culture is very bad. During working in Arohan I feel that Operation team is equal to God. We can even complain to God but in Arohan we can't complain to operation as they consider them above god Other department are being humiliated by operation team as operation team is generating revenue. There is a lot of politics.

...anies, because you don't deal with external client, so you can take things easy. Salary is decent if you join IT team. High job security, if you want to stay for years, you can easily do that. That may hamper your salary growth, but you can stick here. There're many people working here for more than 6-7 years, some more than 10-12 years. Company culture is good, atleast what I've faced so far in BI team. Leaves are approved without any issue.

Dislikes

There is no consistency of work. Talking about BI team, data are extremely unorganised. No documentation, no process following, just get the job done any how. You will feel sometimes what you're doing actually. Use of tech like other IT firms is very less, things get done with very primitive approach.

Pay on time Salary. No extra benefits has there.

Those who sit at the management level of the company are forced to work on holidays. If the Employees does not want to work on the holiday. He is forced to leave the job by mental torture. If there is leave it is company management level people do not want to give employee. Those who are work in microfinance companies at low level are very poor because they have no means to do anything, they work with so much risk in the field so Companies like this Arohan Financial service begum to crush them..

I m working from past 3 yrs, here you will get job security, salary on time, policies are a bit strict. Love to work here but in support function there career growth is a bit slow. you r the only person to handle all 30 branches and there issue its a bit challenging but some time frustrating. Any how I enjoy my Arohan journey. good luck...

Supporting employee career growth is very slow compare to OPS. Also salary is decent
