...when comes the time to show his skills which he so flaunts his mouth is shut. He finds ways how to deduct the salary of his employees and harass them regularly, in my short span I have seen 3 exits already. His approach is hire and fire. There is no HR at this organization he is HR. The company is called a digital agency as a category imagine but then they have no clients at all why because the owner will decide what to post when to post and that too rarely. No plans nothing nor does he listen to anyone. Worst experience working for him and I was so disappointed at his stupidity. No appointment letter no payslip no PF nothing and he prefers to pay in cash WOAH AMAZING He brags a lot and has done nothing all money is coming from brokers and maybe his wife financial help I am sure he could not have his own money with such mentality, people like him would have been kicked out of any organization.

Nothing... Not a single point is likable here except the colleagues, everyone is helpful, no toxicity between the colleagues. Owner is the main problem. He thinks of himself as God or something. He doesn't really know how to behave with employees, he openly shouts at senior managers, treats everyone like garbage. If negetive ratings are allowed here, I would've done that.

...ployees as per his mood. This is not a company, just a gimmick to fool everyone. No PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, bonus, paid leaves - not a single facility for employees. The owner doesn't know anything about digital marketing. Started US process for two days, shut it down on the 3rd and terminate all the new joiners. Being a suffered employee of his company I can assure you to not to join this company ever. His Company His Rule. As simple is that.
