... environment is too gud there. As a assistant professor, I was fully satisfied. If we talk about the salary, I will not recommend to Arni university because salary was not paid on time it's take 2 months around.

I began on a very high note by being made professor & dean but started suffering due to poor financial management of university.

Dislikes

Poor financial management of university. Retrenchment policies were implemented after people resorted to a strike.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
