On time salary, Good work-life balance, only day shift, salary increment. Safe and good work environment.

Dislikes

Politics, unnecessary workload, no systematic scheme for task completion, if any work can be done in simple way then still that work will be completed in a complex way, just because of unplanned tactics.

The timings are the best here. I work with a good package plus I get time to spend with my family

The Adoc basis were the teachers are paid only for 11 months and have to sit for interview every year as a new joiner

According to my opinion the work place of Army Public School is having good environment and job security is average due to they takes enrollment on temporary/contract basis only, hence security of job is very low.

I dislike Army Public School for non securing of job as well other benefits like medical, bonus and leave etc.

Nothing is positive except salary gets credit on time.

Everything is disastrous at APS Mhow, one will kill his/her personal life if joins there. Teaching staff also not supportive, few of the teachers will eat your job too. I suggest don't join APS Mhow at any cost.

...ficult to get permanent...the teachers are either on Ad-hoc or contract basis...no increment in salary...every year.Its the worse management.No job security or any kind of respect for the number of years of experience.Its the WORSE MANGEMENT....I have ever worked.

Management is the worse they don't address issues teachers are facing...nor recognise good teachers.Management wants to satisfy their ego...for that they don't care for teachers.
