...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Being in army it's a great challenge bcz we have to serve in field as well as peace, on high altitude as well as in deep valley. No doubt we make a great team. Well secured job with all benefits. But work life balance is always an issue,bcz of frequent postings. Otherwise Army has no comparison.
