I have joined Armstrong International as GET-solution sales, The work culture is very good (Family like), the teammates are also very cooperative and helpful. The team is very small hence they focus on each employee hence focus on their development.

Dislikes

The salary structure is very bad as there are breakage of total CTC in two parts KPI and Basic.

If your an armstrong employee they brutally trust on u and your role... Organization culture is good compared to other companies

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow... The work pressure is high sometimes you have to spend more than 10 hrs in site. But u have to learn urself. Also there is no on job training, so seniors only will guide if they are in good mood...

...anagement is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisal ara fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resing .on the job training is not give to new joinees

I am interested to working here due to travel facility available by company, comfortable working hours & comb.off is availability.

This is a controct to a big company, there is No job security, no career growth, very less salary increments and late appraisal approvals, No work-Life balance here. So i want to change to dilli time company job side.

Amstong is a service provider company, they give service to other company like biocon I am in biocon ,work culture, experience and things are based on biocon So if u going to join ask them which company should I work because it helps your carrier growth
