Lots of lots dislikes is there salary didn't come on time and if you work for notice period that salary also not credited if you ask about that they didn't reply nothing.company full of politics and not at all single opportunity to get promoted and the salary is very low they only offer 13k for everyone including experienced persons also

Decent and good atmosphere inside the floor...very helpful and friendly management & on time salary on the date.... first hire the employee for the follow up from them. Because each and every time you will get a new executive and you have to narrate the whole story again and again... So you can prefer armsoft without any doubt.... thankyou armsoft

Nothing is good. There are a lots of politics happen in the office. I worked as a Team leader but I had to write this.

Salary is very less, very much politics, Hr also play politics, hr deductes salary every month of their employees without reason. Even my joining date was 31st Oct but my salary was counted from 7th Nov. Management is so bad. They have not been giving floor rent to to the owner that's why sometime employees need to work outside on mobile phone............. Bot Team

...think about workers.. wat happens..they need revenue There is no proper system..proper leaves and wo and salary too..I totally watsed 1yr and 6mnths PF amount is bending still..they won't give that I know.. lots of frauds happens there..no proper shift timings too.. they treat stafss like a 🐃🐃.. if we achieve our target . client side give incentive to management but they won't give to staff..they will take it as seperately.. frauds my humble request no one select this compny..it's not future growth
