Nothing... Horrible management

Dislikes

They are bothered about the upper mangement, rest the staff is suffering. They have little consideration of lower staff.. Well they get all tje wrk done from the manager and senior manager, the contract doesnt match with the wrk they give, also they have certain grades gades 3 where evennif u do extra wrk u dont get pain extra no do u get any kind of compensation. I have noticed old school methods are still being practiced they dont have the practice of smart work but donkey work.. People who dont have educational knowledge and good experience become sr managers and top managers as they are in the company for eternity so they dont know how to treat the staff they lack understanding... Big company but fragile management

I don’t have any negative feedback because I enjoyed working there as Work for 8 hours every day for 6 days which always busy operations working with my colleagues and customer , which I learned how to deal easily with anyone and speak to their language. With the supervision for the staff working around. Enjoy part of the job is the busy time which I really enjoyed there
